Dear Pratibha ,
You cant study BE/BTech through distance learning from any University. It is not recognised for job or higher studies.
valid option to take BE/Btech through Distance mode is
1) AMIE
2)IETE
3)IME
etc which are valid and recognised for Jobs and higher studies all over India.
