The fee would be the same for all the students who take admission in the management quota. And if you take ComedK, the fee would be according to the fee structure of the university enrolling students from the ComedK quota.

Your yearly fee will be around Rs 1.5 to 2 lakhs if you come under NRI quota. Yes, you can take admissions in Presidency University and just apply as a COMEDK candidate during admission, then your yearly fees will be Rs 1.5 lakhs.
