What will happen if I fail to meet to the minimum English language proficiency test scores accepted at Rowan University?

<p>Rowan University requires international students seeking admission to the university to submit their English Language Proficiency test scores. The accepted English Language test scores by Rowan are TOEFL (70), IELTS (6.0), PTE (50), and Duolingo (110). In case the students are unable to meet the minimum English Language requirements accepted by Rowan University, students can appear for conditional admission. The conditional admission allows the students to take part in the English Language Program which offers a non-credit, face-to-face course that focuses on the language skills, and once the students successfully complete the conditional admission they can enter the university.</p>
