What will happen if I miss/ be absent from my improvement exam for English, Hindi and give improvement exams for Physics and Chemistry?

What would be my final result? I'm a Maharashtra board student and have passed all of the subjects but lack in NEET eligibility criteria which is 50% in PCB.
