What will happen if someone misses the internal exam at MIT Academy of Engineering?

I think if you miss the internals, then it will affect your marks. You will be allowed for the semester; don't worry about that. Just talk to your respective teachers and the Head of Department. They may reconduct the exam or may give you some assignments that you have to complete and submit.
