Nothing happens, if someone misses the internals because of a genuine reason (health issue, emergency) then he/she should talk to the professors and tell them the reason for missing the exam then they will allow you to reappear for the exam.

If you missed your Internal Exam, you will be marked as Absent candidate and you have to give the Internal Exam after one year as per odd semester and even semester rule . But if you have Emergency or valid reason you can contact to the Teacher, they will help you as they can.
