What will happen if someone misses the internal exam in Hans Raj College?

Nothing happens if, for some medical reasons, the internal exams are missed by the students. In this case, the students can submit the Medical report. But then the students have to score well in the semester examinations so that the students can secure really good marks and won't fail the exams. If
