What will happen if someone misses the internal exams at RUHS - Rajasthan University of Health Sciences?

When you are not able to give internal exams you have to notify and take permission from the college in advance after giving the valid reason. And when the reexams are conducted by the college for all the students who didn't clear the exams you have to register for exam at that time. Till the time you are promoted to senior class but you have clear all the backlogs to get your degree.
