What will IIMs consider in my case as I am in the final year of graduation and they consider all HSC, SSC & graduation marks for admission?

First of all, consider your CAT percentile and not SSC score. They have minimum criteria of percentage that should be required in class 10th, and 10+2. Each IIM has different way of admission.

IIMs give 75 percent to 65 percent preference for CAT score and 25 to 35 percent for personal attributes such as academic record, GD and PI, personal achievement and other factors please be informed. His question is about job, not about IIM selection

There is no weightage for additional degree or qualification or certification the personal attention includes your participation and performance in extracurricular activities your communication how you fare in group discussion and personal interview, your work experience, etc.
