What would be best PG option after IT engineering. MS abroad vs Mtech?Pros and cons? Financially I belong to middle class.

I'm a final year engineering student and already placed through campus placement.I would like to pursue PG after a couple of years. Please suggest which would be better option?I belong to middle class and cannot afford MS abroad entirely w/o loan.Would it be better option?pros n cons of both please.
