what would be better to do RHCE ,,full time or part time ..please mention some institutes in kolkata ..does I need to do diploma in computer

I am pursuing b.com{general} and i want to enhance my knowledge in Linux operating system by doing RHCE ,should i go for diploma in computer application then mca then rhce or should i go directly for rhce just after completing b.com.
