what would be courses for Experienced person?
I done BA in arts and have 10 year experience in marble company... let me suggest any diploma or PG courses.

You have not mentioned your work details. However, can suggest you with a few options:-
1. MBA
2. PG Diploma in Business Management
3. Masters in a relevant discipline (that suits your work or education) and get into research by picking PhD further.
