    The minimum package depends on the round of companies visits during the year and hence minimum package depends and varies year to year. As per my view, GIM is one of the premier institutions and has a good ranking and has a good placement too. Therefore if I focus on ROI I would say that GIM is not optimal try for other like Great Lakes, Chennai.

    Every business requires some risk taking abilities and the same thing is applicable in studies also. Even there is no guaranteed job opportunities in IITs and NITs but students are in rush for admission in these colleges. So for the best quality education and better jobs opportunities, people take risk.
    Now coming to your question, the average salary recorded in the GIM placement for PGDM 2016-2018 batch is Rs.10.58 lakhs while the highest salary stands at Rs.22 lakhs.
