What would be my approximate rank after normalisation? Does the rank after normalisation or before normalisation lastly matters?

Will I get any of the NIT's with CS branch if my jee score is 106 and 90% in CBSE? I am from general category. Please dont predict my rank on jee main score,tell me my approx rank after normalisation. I am confused and have got frustated :[
