What would be my best option between IPU (expect: MAIT or BVP), JIIT-Noida and YMCA Faridabad?
Is going to Jaypee-Noida's counselling worth my time? My JEE Mains rank is 96749 and IPUCET rank is 2124.

Dear Shailesh,
All engineering colleges are good mentioned above but the best one from the above is Maharaja Agraesen i.e. MAIT which is affiliated from Indraprastha University, Delhi. The placement is good and the campus is also good so I would suggest you MAIT.
