What would be my choice of countries in Germany, Canada, New Zealnd, Poland for pursuing my Masters in Computers, having tight budget of 20L
Mine educational details are:-
10th - 76.20
12th - 79.60
B.Tech (IT) - 70.40
PG Diploma in Advance Computing - 67.56
I have Oracle Certification(Java) in my respective field of interest to support my point of getting into any of the good universities.

Hi Yeshendra!
As you are good in academics and have a tight budget of Rs.20 Lakhs, I suggest you apply for either/all of the three:
1. Apply for a one year masters courses from NZ (It will cost you less than Rs.20 Lakhs)
2. Try for a German University with English as the mode of education. Assuming,
