Dear Sanjay, Both LPU and SASTRA University are good options for higher studies. Being alumni of LPU, I would say LPU has a good infrastructure for Aerospace engineering. My cousin's sister is pursuing B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering at LPU itself and she is in the final year now. She told me that recently 3 students from aerospace engineering won gold at the International Astronomy and Astrophysics Competition (IAAC), 2021. IAAC is one of the world's the largest astronomy competitions. LPU has set an ambitious goal of developing a satellite LPUSAT-1. The Center will enable students and researchers to communicate with the Internationa

Aerospace Engineers are responsible for the designing of aircraft, spacecraft, missiles, and weapon systems. They are responsible for developing new technologies for use in aviation, spacecraft and defense systems. They also assemble and test aerospace products. Though both the universities are good in academics but being an alumni let me share the details for LPU. LPU is an internationally acclaimed Private University situated in Jalandhar (Punjab) and is known for its premier engineering programmes. LPU is the best single-campus university poised with the latest technologies and world class facilities for delivering effective and qua

Well, I will suggest you to go for LPU because all the faculty members are highly educated and you will get all the facilities related to your course. In aerospace engineering, many opportunities are there and you will get all those in LPU. Many big companies come to hire the students with decent packages. LPU is one of the top universities in India.
  • LPU is good for Aerospace Engineering. Scholarships, placements, exposure to industry, international internships and placements efficient and knowledgeable faculty, flexible curriculum and teaching pedagogies, infrastructure, and diverse culture makes LPU unmatchable. Coming to rankings, MHRD has ranked LPU High in many aspects. ASSOCHAM (Associated Chamber of Commerce and Industry of India) rated LPU as the best private university in 2017 (for the 3rd time) with regards to placements. Zee News Survey rated LPU as 11th best in India in terms of placements. LPU is ranked among the top 3 in universities in India for tie-ups with more tha

SASTRA University is better than LPU in the terms which actually matters at the end. Though, you may find infrastructure, campus life and atmosphere to be a bit rural, but academics, research environments are really better. Definitely go for SASTRA University.
