what would be the management fee, including the hostel fees regardingly 1st and 2nd years?

Collge fees should be around 40 thousand .but they are charging far more than 1500000 per year .its so much for everyone .n for d students like middle class
And they are charging 70 -80 thosand for d histel which iz not suitable and extra
