What would be the right career move for an MBA (IT & Marketing) who has worked with Vodafone for two years as a retail sales manager
hi my name is reshmi.completed MBA in 2007(IT & Marketing).first i got offer from vodafone as retail sales manger and worked ther till 2009 .after my marriage i shifted to one of the educational institute as career consultant...now i want a shift again..can u suggest which area i should concentrate?

Dear Reshmi, As per your Work Experience, it will be viable to go ahead with Marketing or Sales Field only.

YOu complete your MBA-IT/Marketing, and you already having work experience in Retail Sales Manager. So i prefered you go with that sector again.

It depends on which field you are interested to move in.. In both the jobs, you were involved in marketing in one way or the other. I guess you can look for a improvement in your designation with the experience that you have. However the break may cause a bit of hindrance, but go ahead and look for
