    Dear Hari, Well, there can be many aspects to be considered while choosing a branch (stream) for B.Tech. You have to choose the stream as per your interest. No branch is less or more important, each of them has its own importance, it solely depends on you, in which stream you want to make your career. SEE there are enough jobs for every stream, what a company need is quality engineers, SO if you are dead serious for your better future and giving parallel dedication towards it, you will definitely going to succeed.     Scope depends on you skills and your perfection in your study and if you are really good in you engineering skills then any company would hire you. And it also depends on branches because some branches like CS and IT have growing scope while other branches have less scope.
