What would be the suggested career path to get a 6 figure salary. I sit B. Tech + MBA? Which B.Tech branch would be good?
I'm not an IIT or NIT capable student. What could be the suggested colleges?

My dear friend in order to start your career with a 6 digit monthly salary you should have to be a B. Tech graduate from a very good college as well as MBA from a top most institutions
You can prefer for CSE branch and then MBA IT
