You will be surprised to know the average salary earned by M.Tech students is less than B.Techs and PHD's. However There is immense scope of biotechnology and bioinformatics. Excellent salary structure exists for M.Tech and Ph.D post graduates. It can start from anywhere between Rs. 50,000- 70,000/-
