whats a cpi of 7 equivalent to in GPA?

i'm doing btech in electrical engineering in IIT Bombay. i think, by the end, i'll have a cpi of just over 7. i want to do masters in good university in germany. i'd like to know if 7 is good enough to get into a top german university, like the best one, say. thank you :)

hi, CPI ??? do you mean to say CGPA ???/ 7/10 will be almost like 70%. so this is just barely enough. So you will need to appear for GRE and TOEFL or IELTS as well. There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan ac
