whats actually csc,ecm aei and ece courses in engineering deals with ?

which is the best course for one if she likes to have the career in robotics and want to learn the functioning of computer and about latest technology ...........

    you can choose ece for carrier in robotics and some functioning of computers because many of the subject of cse branch also teach in ece branch.

    As rightly said by Priya, you can choose either of the the fields mention. Out of these Mechanical could be a best option as through Mechanical you can get into many other Engineering fields including robotics.

    This seems no discussion topic to me, but a question. You have posted ypour query under discussion. Please post it in the Q&A section. Yet to answer now, I would suggest you to either go for Computer engineering, other than this Electrical or Mechanical engineering. The choice of the course should depend on your preference however if interested in making a career in robotics, you can channelise through either of the streams.
