Hi Raghu,
The university does not charge an application fee. However, you are required to pay 85 USD for the IERF evaluation . The IERF is a body that will evaluate all your marks sheets from Undergraduation, and Redlands strictly requires an evaluation of marks from anyone applying from the outside
