Dear Anurag, you can get admission through college level counseling, or by any state level entrance exam of engineering.

then go for Different state Counsellings like of haryana ( MD university and kurukshetra university) in rajasthan ( RTU) and in panjab ( PTU) you get complete details at thei site.
