Whats the difference between UGC and AICTE approved colleges? Please someon help me i am really confused please xplain d diff clearly.
I passed my 12th class dis year and really confused between the meaning of UGC and AICTE approved colleges. Please help me!!!!!!!!!

So far my knowledge goes ( a) a degree is required to be approved by UGC as only UGC approved degrees are recognized by GOVT in our country. On the other-side AICTE approval indicates that an optimum infrastructure for the said degree ( in case of technical education) has been achieved by the Instit

hi i was already told the Summary
1. One of the main differences between
AICTE and UGC, is that the former is
exclusively formed for technical education.
2. While technical institutions are
overlooked by the AICTE, the other
universities and colleges fall under the
UGC.
