Hi Shilpa,
PGDM is Post graduation diploma in business management and PGDM is Post graduation diploma in management.Both are same their name differs because some institutes have PGDBM and some have PGDM.Institutes like FMS, IIMA, ISB, IMT offer PGDM and nmims offer PGDBM.
