I think, leaving the fee constraint behind. You should check the value services given by the institutes. Which can actually make you clear the CAT/MAT Examinations.

Fee of cat course in institutes like career launcher , time , ims etc.. is sumtng between 25000-30000 for crash and for long term it can extend upto 45000. But i think u may refer to the institutes they may provide discounts.
