M.Tech & MCA it has a clear advantage. Though both are master degrees, M.Tech will lead to master degree in professional course and therefore lead to higher opportunities both in industry and academy.
Therefore, M.Tech after MCA gives an edge over any other bachelor degree in India

M.tech is a Specialization in any of your studied Subjects in MCA . The scope of Mtech will be as per which specialization you are Opting and from Which Institute You are pursuing it
