Whats the next I can study after PGDM- Operations and supplychain? or I should go to the job which i got through college placement?

I finished my PGDM-Operations and supplychain Mgt this april. i got place in one of the matured logistic company in India as logistics officer. But the package is very low. So i am thinking about higher studies in abroad. What can i do? study or Job? if study wat can i study? whr in India or abroad?
