Hi Ankur, the minimum requirement for SMU MBA is set at 2 yrs managerial or supervisory work ex, GMAT and IELTS or TOEFL if you have not studied UG in English medium. Though there is no minimum requirement specified but a minimum of 6.5 in IELTS and 600 in GMAT is recommendable.
