Frankly speaking the PGDM course is not equivalent to MBA cz PGDM is a diploma degree after pgdm you cannot apply for government jobs. You are just a diploma holder you cannot apply for Phd. But Mba gives you a master degree which is highly acceptable everywhere nd you can also apply for higher stud
