wheather to stay in the company or not.
i have 6 month industrial training exp in .net the company is working in fox pro. they are going to update their technology to .net . they have been looking to do so since 1 year but not done yet. there is only two .net developer with6 2 8 months exp , should i wait or leave the company

if this is your first job then staying may not be beneficial if you are not upgrading your skills. If the company has a very good product or service and is looking to move up to next level then you can think of staying back for a few more months

It should not be the question of leaving the company or not. But, you should think about updation of yourself with the current trends. As you know that IT Industry is always volatile and the one who is up to date will win the race. So, try some way to learn the concerned software and win the race. G
