When am I likely to get the E- Certificate of UGC NET November 2017?

The result was declared on 2nd Jan 2018. At the time of application form, I selected as M.Com Appeared - 2017 (results were not declared then). Am I required to send UGC the photocopy of marksheet? I have cleared M.Com and I'll appreciate your help.
