When and where can I get ECA forms ? I want to go for ECA test in painting/music for admission in colleges under Delhi University.
I am Joy from New Delhi, India. I have passed 12th from NIOS Board this year (59% marks) and want to pursue BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) course. As a secondary option, I would also like to apply for different BA courses under DU and want to get more information about the ECA tests.
