CFA exam results are typically released as follows:
Level I Exam: For the Level I CFA exam, results are released about 60 days after the exam date. Candidates receive an email notification when the results are available on the CFA Institute's website.
Level II and III Exams: Results for the Level II and III CFA exams are released approximately 90 days after the exam date. As with Level I, candidates are notified by email when the results become available online.
