    Hello!
The best person to answer this question is Punjab Government. Everyone is waiting for the guidelines from the government. But Studies should not be hampered by pandemic. My brother has recently enrolled in Lovely Professional University and I must say how LPU has started online classes and is making sure that studies should not be hampered. Their online teaching curriculum and methods are worth appreciating.

School and colleges has opened in Punjab. Universities like LPU are going Offline from the next semester. As far as the Punjab government rules, they had allowed to open the school and colleges.
