Earlier, we had our admissions on  merit based so it was generally after our 12th results are out. But recently this system has been changed and hence a new system is introduced i.e. CUET exams. So there isn't any specific date that when forms would be out. But according to this, we can conclude that after the declaration of cuet results every college does their application forms out for admission. Hence Deen dayal upadhyay college does the same.

The application forms are out after the declaration of the CUET. The Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College admissions of 2023 will be based on Common University Entrance Test (CUET). When the CUET results are released, the registrations for all the under graduate programs will begin.
