When are engineering colleges going to start in TS if there was a 3rd phase of counselling (TS EAMCET)?

If there is no 3rd round of counselling, when will the colleges start in Telangana?

All the colleges were start working by the end of forest counseling itself. You have to report and join immediately after the 3rd counseling, in case you get a seat, because the class work had already begun.
