Priti, if you are appearing for the Foundation course then 30th september is the last date for registration for giving exams in June attempt and 31st march will be the last date for appearing in the December attempt.
As 31st march have yet not gone you can get yourself registered with the Institut

For june term exam should join before Aug and for Dec term exam it is Feb.....
