When can a B.Tech student apply for MS in USA, in fourth year or only after graduation?
B.Tech in CSE. Going for MS immediately after B.Tech.

In 4th year itself, you need to apply for the same so that till the completion of your graduation you are done with all the requirements.

Thank you for your reply. Can you please elaborate? For applying I need to submit the SOP and LOR and GRE scores and all right. So I can apply in 4 th year without the graduation certificate.
