When can a candidate clear his/her backlog if he or she was debarred in the 2nd semester?

Hi Niki, The answer to this question depends solely upon the discretion of the university that you have been enrolled in. Every university has different set of instructions. Some universities arrange re-appear examinations post semester exams, some arranging the same in the alternate semesters (1s
