when can i appear for upsc exam and what to study for it and pls. tell me the produre for conducting upsc exams

As there are number of Examinations conducted by UPSC (almost a dozen), I would suggest you to be specific about the program you want to know about. However, for your convenience I am placing a link; please go through it to get the details on all the Examinations conducted by UPSC board:

it takes place in december,basic maths,physics ,politics and all sorts of general knowledge queries r xpected
