The CCH, Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India directed all the states authorities to take the admission in BHMS, BAMS and BUMS courses through National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET). So, you need to apply for NEET.

BHMS is an undergraduate academic degree course of 5 years in the sector of homoeopathy. This course can be done after 10+2.
