No cutoff. You just need to attend any exams.

Students can write CMAT exam in January. After the results are out students can apply through VJIM's website www.vjim.edu.in and pay Rs.1000.Alternatively application form can also be obtained personally from VJIM campus. Grade sheet of CMAT exam is needed at the time of apply. The cutoff will be different in every year. After the results are out, college will announce the cutoff score.

You can very well apply before the CMAT results and later on notify your percentile. Afterwards is also completely fine as the admission process continues till June. The cut off for CMAT and MAT is 60 percentile.
