When can I apply for Diploma in journalism and BJMC? Do I need to take any entrance exam in order to pursue BJMC or Diploma in journalism?

No you do not have to give any entrance exams for private colleges that offer you Diploma and also you can go for the course anytime once you are done with the schooling.
