When can I apply for Humanitas University admissions?

Yes, it is difficult to get into Humanitas University as the class size for international students is very small. Listed below are availability of seats of courses offered to overseas applicants:

Humanitas University in Italy is selective when it comes to their undergraduate Medicine & Surgery program. Acceptance into this course is approximately 6.5–7%.

To put it into perspective, for EU students approximately 130 spots are available, and there are generally around 2000 applicants that will apply (~6.5% acceptance), and for non-EU students, there are generally around 50 available spots from about 500 applicants (~5-8% acceptance). 

In simple terms, every 100 students who apply internationally only about 6 to 7 make it in. 

Based on the candidate's choice of accommodation, the housing rates at HU vary. However, all the rooms are equipped with various facilities such as a study hall, a gym, sport areas, TV rooms, laundry rooms, shared kitchen areas, a cafeteria and food services, recreational activities, social events, and more.

International students are eligible for a Humanitas University scholarship renewal if they meet the following criteria:

• Achieved and maintained a weighted grade average equal to or greater than 27/30;
• Achieved a minimum annual number of University Credits in each year of study; and
• Must obtain the Degree in Medicine and Surgery in 6 years of study.

Note: Post the six years of study, an additional 6-month period is granted to students. If the students fails to obtain their degree, they will have to pay the academic tuition fees regularly required in accordance with the Fees Regulation.
