When can I deposit the next installment of Rs.2 lakhs to confirm the admission? I have already deposited 1st installment of Rs.1.80 lakhs.

You can pay the remaining amount when the college starts for you ,it is before classes starting. In the mean time you can extend the fee payment period by taking permission also. Congratulated for choosing seat in PES
