You can apply in colleges for 3 years LL.B. Programme, in third year results please write "Appeared & waiting for results". Admission procedure already started, kindly look websites for information

There are a lot of Colleges and Universities in India that conduct LLB Programmes. Your first priority should be NLU OF course.
